ADAM® SIPLUG® - Mobile Diagnosis

imageSIPLUG® DAW3
 - Parallel Acquisition of Mechanical and Electrical Data
for the diagnosis of valves and drives

SIPLUG®DAW3 allows parallel measuring and recording of electrical and mechanical data for the diagnosis of valves and actuators.

As a supplement to the acquisition of electrical signals, there are four additional channels with integrated programmable preamplifiers available, three of which can be used for force or torque measurements (strain gauge bridge amplifier) while one channel is designated to the displacement path / rotation angle (carrier frequency amplifier). All four additional channels can also be used as direct +/-10V inputs.

A standard notebook can be used for configuration, measurement preparation and data exchange.

The electrical part of SIPLUG® DAW3 operates
with a current transformer box, containing specially adjusted and qualified transformers for measuring the three phase currents. The voltage transformers are also integrated in the current transformer box.

If SIPLUG® DAW3 is connected to a suitable network environment, the recorded data can be directly transmitted to the ADAM® file server. Local workstation PCs can be used for subsequent evaluation and analysis of the examined drives and valves.
